The homeowner was selling the house on a timeline, and a pre-sale inspection had flagged siding repairs to take care of before the sale could close. They hired me to replace the damaged siding and repaint.
Removing and installing sheet siding around utilities is always difficult. Getting the new flashing in and fitting siding around the utilities took attention to detail and patience.
We got it done quickly, sprayed the new siding, and sealed up the penetrations much better than before. The homeowners were able to sell and move on, leaving behind a much better house.
