Crafting Dreams into Reality

Reformation, Revival and Renovations, LLC

Welcome to the Reformation, where we transform spaces with precision and passion. Discover how our unique approach to construction and renovation can bring your vision to life.

Carl Anderssen

I have spent more than a decade in the trades — electrical, carpentry, and remodeling — and I founded Reformation, Revival and Renovations, LLC on the conviction that there is not one square inch of creation over which Christ does not declare, “Mine.” That includes your home. I build the way I do because work is worship (Colossians 3:23), because a bid should be as honest as a level is true, and because a well-built home ought to serve your family for generations. My commitment to Christ is the foundation of my commitment to you.

Professional Journey

2023 – Present

Founder & CEO

Reformation, Revival and Renovations, LLC

Leading a Christian contracting company devoted to honest, transparent remodeling and construction: itemized bids with full material costs, healthy and durable materials, and time-tested craftsmanship. Building toward a recovery of the historic guild model — training apprentices in the craft and serving neighbors in need.

2020 – 2023

Remodeling Tradesman

Construction Specialties & Inside Out Remodeling

Worked on a variety of projects in the remodeling industry with two different employers in the field. Whether it was large addition builds, kitchen remodels, bathrooms, and everything to full window replacements to complete house flips. This is where I learned all of the other skills and compentencies to take on larger remodeling projects and honed my various trade skills.

2018-2020

Customer service roles, sales, and executive project manager

HomeAdvisor (now Angi)

Due to poor health, I took time out of the trades and went into the corporate world in the field of the home services industry. Learning the bones of the industry, learning what makes a good contractor in the business sense. This is where I learned my great customer service skills and learned how to navigate the challenges in the industry from the contractor perspective. I was a top producer and aware winner in different positions, I worked my way up to working with executives on business projects in their sales department.

2014-2018

Electrician, Handyman, and Project Manager

Worked for a Non-Profit, had my own Handyman business, and two electricians

Ran my own handyman business, worked for a non-profit remodeling company, and two electricians across the Denver metro area — electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, concrete, and painting — serving homeowners, real estate agents, and other contractors. Here I learned the skills of the trade, and what it takes to run a business with integrity: clear communication, fair pricing, and standing behind the work.

Guiding Principles

Our Core Values

At Reformation, Revival and Renovations, LLC, our values are not a marketing slogan — they are convictions rooted in the Christian faith. We believe all work is done before the face of God, so we build with integrity when no one is watching, deal honestly in every bid and every board, and treat every client as a neighbor we are called to love. Our aim is simple: craftsmanship that honors God, serves your family, and stands for generations.

Work as Worship

Construction is not neutral ground. Scripture says, “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord” (Colossians 3:23) — so every cut, every joint, and every finish is an act of worship before it is a line item. That conviction sets our standard: we favor time-tested methods and healthy, durable materials, we take pains over details others rush past, and we build spaces meant to bless a family for generations — not just to pass inspection. A home built as worship is a home built to last.

Honest Weights & Measures

“A false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but a just weight is His delight” (Proverbs 11:1). In an industry known for hidden fees, swapped materials, and padded change orders, we hold to the old standard of honest weights and measures. Every bid is itemized, with material costs laid out in full. What we quote is what we install — no substitutions, no shortcuts, no surprises. You will always know what you are paying for and why, because honesty toward you is faithfulness toward God.

Love of Neighbor

"Whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them" (Matthew 7:12). We treat every client the way we would want to be treated in our own home: straight answers, respect for your budget, and a real partnership from first walkthrough to final one. I plan and build as if it were my own house and my own money on the line — steering you away from work you don't need, showing you where to save and where it's worth spending, and making every decision as one I'd have to live with myself. That is what loving your neighbor looks like with a tool belt on.

What Our Clients Say

Mary J.

"We had an exterior door removed and used the inside space created for a custom built-in cabinet. It turned out that Carl and Campbell had a better vision for what it could be than we did. The new super strong and beautiful cabinet is such a custom fit that one would think it was always there. The exterior was sealed including repair of small area of wood rot and painted. Work outside and inside was performed with outstanding attention to detail to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. Both professionals were a pleasure to work with, and we would hire again."

Diane W.

"I am very pleased with Carl and the work that he did in my home: window installation, wall board, repair, ceiling repair, and he milled a threshold for my entryway. I appreciated his kindness and his willingness to do a rather small, but complicated job. He understood he would only be responsible for the repairs and I could take it from there, because I like to do work like this and keep household repairs within my budget. Thank you, Carl."

Alan J.

"Carl is a very personable individual with superior carpentry skills and takes the time to do the job right and attends to details. The project included a rather complicated multiplatform stair access by someone on a walker and turned out to be functional, sturdy, and attractive. The project was under my budget, conpleted in advance of my deadline and exceeded my expectations . Definitely an excellent job. Thank you Carl"
